I created Gathered Glow from years of working inside the rooms where leadership and pressure meet in real time.
I kept seeing the same pattern: talented people were not struggling because they lacked intelligence, ambition, or care. They were struggling because the conditions around them made clarity harder, communication weaker, and performance more costly than it needed to be.
Gathered Glow was built to help leaders and teams change that.
This work helps people create the conditions where they can think clearly, communicate honestly, lead responsibly, and do strong work without being consumed by it.
How I Work
I don’t lead with a deck. I lead with presence.
Before I assess a team or advise a leader, I read the room — not just what’s being said, but what’s being held back. The tension beneath the politeness.
The exhaustion beneath the compliance. The confusion beneath what looks like resistance.
Most of the shift happens before anyone opens a slide. I create the conditions for people to tell the truth, hear each other again, and move — not because
they were pushed, but because something cleared.
